Some of our specialty services require an extended amount of time; if it is necessary to book 3 or more hours for your service, we will require a credit card number to reserve your appointment. For these appointments we do require 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or change your service with less than 48-hour notice you will be charged 50% of the service amount. If you miss the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.

We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meet your expectations. Any issues reported more than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
